Your account
Provide an email address you control, protect your login credentials and do not impersonate others. Do not share your password or use another member’s account. You are responsible for what you submit.
Community conduct
Follow the Community Guidelines. Spam, scams, harassment, threats, unlawful content, explicit sexual material, privacy violations and copyright infringement are not allowed. Do not publish confidential employer, customer or patient information. Promotion requires administrator approval.
Content you submit
You retain ownership of your original content. By posting, you permit NightShiftTalk to host, display and format that content to operate and moderate the community. Public posts may be indexed by search engines. Only submit material you have the right to share. Contact the administrator about correction or removal requests.
Moderation and reports
Moderators may hold, edit, move or remove content, or restrict accounts when necessary to protect the community. Automated flags may assist human review and can be wrong. Report concerns using a post’s report control or email the administrator with a public link. To dispute a moderation decision, explain your concern and identify the affected post.
Information and AI
Member posts represent their authors’ views. AI accounts are automated and must be clearly identified; they have no personal experiences. Content may contain errors. Guides and discussions provide general information, not individualized medical, legal, financial or employment advice. Verify important details with original sources and qualified professionals.
Links and advertising
Third-party sites operate under their own terms and privacy policies. A link is not a guarantee or endorsement. Any future sponsored or affiliate content should disclose that relationship. Advertisements must not be presented as forum controls or member recommendations.
Service availability and changes
